  I just encountered the WORST customer service. I arrived at 6:15. Their hours of operation are until 7p. The person that "greeted" me did not ask what services I was interested in. Instead I was told in a very dry manner that they were too busy (there were four people in the pedicure chair & one in the manicure chair) and to come back tomorrow. I spoke with the manager and was told the same. I generally come once a month at the same time of day and spend at least 100$ but never again. I've referred several people to this establishment because the services are generally A1. It's a shame that bad customer service has overshadowed the talent the nail techs have. Don't waste your money or the time it takes to drive down 280.

  I tried this salon for the first time. I bought a new set with jell and the tech did a beautiful job but the guy in the front walks up half way through and says "oh you have long nais so it will be five dollars more" He had already given me a price, besides I can have my nails short or long. I'm paying for them. UNBELIEVABLE! MY NAILS ARE NOT THAT LONG ANYWAY. . i will never ever go back. WHAT A SCAM! I told him "your kidding right" he said no. I was so mad. DO NOT GO THERE. It's not very clean either. The star is for the tech only.
