  Terrible experience with this company today. Before today I bought all of my equipment to treat my sleep apnea condition from​ this company. I also rented an oxygen concentrator and eventually bought one from this company. Now they do not service the equipment they sell. Worse is the horrible customer service my wife and I received today. I strongly recommend NEVER using this company for anything. All of the people my wife and I talked to were completely uncaring or had no basic civility toward a long standing customer looking for assistance. Donna was the only bright spot, but she left me on hold and someone named Kim came on and was as bad as the woman my wife talked to. I have never rated a company before, but I was so blown away by the how this company could have St.Vincent in their name and the hospital not know how terrible they are being represented.
