  The staff is great! Really hospitable. I wasn't expecting it to be honest. Jeff see me up really quick and has tons of info and product knowledge.

  Last time I visited the store for some help and assistance on upgrading my phone I wish I had never gone by. The lady who was assisting me was no help at all with showing me options of phones I might be interested in and then get to computer and its acting up that's fine I understand but when I waste an hour and 15 min of mine and my dads time to have an employee be short and rude and basically tell us she can't help us I was so mad especially since we have been customers for 19 years since it was nextel and two ways. I wish I could get the customer service we received back then from them today, they actually cared about the satisfaction of the customer back then not so much now.
