  The facility was disgusting and wreaked of waste. Also my dog caught kennel cough from there. I feel like if they would properly clean the areas where the dogs are kept this wouldn't have happened. Also they took his collar off and threw it in some bin with hundreds of other collars to which I had to dig it out after one of the ladies told me he came in without one. Also for these people to be somewhat knowledgeable of animals they posted my dogs picture on the website at a 4 year old Chow mix but he's a 1 year old Shepard. I don't know why that bothered me so bad. Perhaps I felt like they should have known better and it makes me wonder what my dog may have gone through while he was there.
