  We went on a warm Saturday afternoon and expected it to be busy; after all, I am a former service industry worker. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, we finally ordered our 3 ice cream treats. 2 of them came up 15 minutes later and the 3rd was still not up after 20 minutes. At this point, my youngest child is questioning where hers is, so I proceed back to the register to ask for assistance. The young man politely relabels a cup for hers and puts it at the front of the prep table for the guy to make next. The guy on the line then proceeds to push it down and make 5 other orders, continuing to move her cup back down the line, before I finally went back up front and asked for a refund. This is a neat concept and fun to watch, but they need to be fully staffed and prepared for a Saturday afternoon when people with families are going to be visiting. Considering it is close to a Smoothie King and City Bowls, we literally walked across the street to get her another treat. They could very well be losing a lot of business due to the fact that they are understaffed, can't handle the workload, and do not understand how to prioritize a customer issue. We will not be returning.
