  USA Martial Arts is an awesome place to learn self defense and to get fit. The people who work there are kind and helpful. They also know what to do to get the most out of your martial arts experience. The facility and grounds are beautiful and unique. There is zero pressure if you want to check it out. Just call or go by. Great place.
