  My girlfriend says that Michael Kwarcinski is great. Wonderful eye doctor, but it ends there. The office is terribly ran. If you went to another doctor's office and ordered blood pressure medicine through them, you could expect they would actually order it, since you paid them for it...
  Back story:
  She had an eye exam, ordered contacts, and waited. Over a week later, still no call to inform her that her contacts had arrived. So, she gives a call. "I'm sorry ma'am, it looks like we didn't even order them." They could have made up a lie and at least not shown how completely incompetent they are, but that would require too much work. They aren't even expected to do their job. From working in medicine both hospitals and private practices, that destroys business. A complete lack of care by the staff is evident.
