  Terrible customer service. I originally used the email form on the website but never received a response, so I called to determine the feasibility of installing a handrail on an extremely short time frame for insurance purposes. I explained I understood it would be very unlikely the project could be finished by the required date and actually expected to be told no but that I had decided to call anyway to make sure. Instead of being given a polite no and thank you for calling I was laughed off the phone and had numerous reasons read off to show why I was an idiot for even asking. The individual on the phone was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I will never use this business and will actively discourage anyone else from ever considering them for future projects.
