  We have been customers for years, and I have to say the customer service has gone down the drain. I am truly disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. I have been asking them to service the inside of my house since late May/early June. Every time an excuse is made. Once I was told by the tech that all of cooks had run out of indoor spray. We've had major issues indoors and wanted to get them fixed before it got out of control, which it has. I called and complained and was told they'd be out right away (recently), but nope, not a peep. The manager was going to call but nope he did not. I have spent money and bought pest control supplies from online. If I am paying for pest control, I shouldn't have to spend money purchasing stuff. I am better off hiring someone else or doing it myself.
